“I Don’t Hate Seth at All” – CM Punk Breaks Silence on Seth Rollins’ Ongoing Hatred

CM Punk and Seth Rollins have been clashing for over a year in WWE, with their heated rivalry keeping fans hooked. But now, Punk seems uninterested in Rollins, sparking buzz among fans eagerly awaiting their showdown since last year’s Survivor Series.

After their intense brawl last week, Punk opened up about his feelings toward The Visionary on Raw, adding another layer to their real-life feud.

In an interview with Jackie Redmond on Raw, CM Punk opened up about his history with Seth Rollins. He shared how he mentored a 16-year-old Rollins, helping him start his wrestling journey for free. Punk believes Rollins grew insecure about losing his top spot after Punk’s return to WWE.

Cm Punk said, “I think it’s no secret to anybody that I’m not going to shy away from a fight. If you come at me, I’ll start swinging. But when it comes to Seth’s hatred of me, I’m more confused than anything, because I don’t hate Seth at all.”

He continued, “I mean, I think to understand, you have to talk about the history between myself and Seth Rollins, and it goes back, quite a bit. You’re talking about a 16-year-old Seth Rollins came to CM Punk and asked him to train him to become a professional wrestler, for free. That’s the key part of that story that everybody likes to leave out.”

Tommy Dreamer shares thoughts on CM Punk’s WWE Raw comment

On a recent episode of the ‘Busted Open Podcast,’ WWE Hall of Famer Tommy Dreamer shared his thoughts on CM Punk’s WWE Raw interview. Punk discussed his real-life history with Seth Rollins in a chat with Jackie Redmond, and Dreamer found some of Punk’s comments surprising.

Dreamer recalled Punk saying that a 16-year-old Rollins asked him for training. He wasn’t sure if this happened during Punk’s Chicago indie days or at the Ring of Honor Dojo in Philadelphia.

What caught Dreamer’s attention was when Punk claimed he wanted to train Rollins for free. Dreamer admitted this detail made him raise an eyebrow and think.

He added, “I’m like, ‘Uh, alright.’ And then he went about their history and I was like, alright, well, that’s his version. I don’t know if I’m a bigger fan of CM Punk because of that version.”
