Stephen Curry’s latest video comparing himself to previous NBA greats has been met with a mixed response from basketball fans.
Steph Curry’s ability to make shots from all around the floor makes him a strong contender for the title of the best shooter in NBA history. Fans agreed with the Golden State Warriors’ top point guard when he was recently polled about which players he likes more.
Because of his groundbreaking contributions to the game of basketball, Curry is widely regarded as one of its all-time greats. Many of his contemporaries have mentioned him as a true great. The Baby-Faced Assassin is so well thought of that even NBA greats like Shaquille O’Neal have praised him.
The eight-time All-Star named both former and current players in a video for Sports Illustrated. Specifically, he was tasked with selecting the player he values most. The interviewer asked Steph to choose between Kobe Bryant and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
The four-time winner went with Bryant and then moved on. His next question was about picking him or the Black Mamba. After exhausting all other options, Curry did not think twice about picking himself.

Since his rookie season, Curry has maintained a low profile, and this has helped him win over a legion of new followers and pushed him to the top of the NBA’s popularity rankings. The former Finals MVP has been asked by some of his supporters to publicly declare his greatness.
