Dani Alves was arrested following an allegation of rape and sexual assault brought on against him by a 23-year-old woman, but the Brazilian’s ex-wife has come up defending the superstar.
On January 30, Alves was at the Sutton Nightclub in a VIP lodge with his Mexican friends and the complainant. The incident took place upon the arrival of the guests while Dani was already there before.

Police investigated the case closely after taking statements from both parties while the initial bail was dismissed by the court and Alves was taken to the jail close to his former club Barcelona.
However, Dani Dinorah, ex-wife of Dani Alves came up with a statement that will make him feel good after the world is tumbling on him as the most prolific footballer was imprisoned and helpless.
“I have not had access to him. I know he’s sad, but he’s fine, and I’ll do whatever it takes to help him. It’s a shock, and for my children, who are teenagers and are having a very hard time.”- Dinorah told Telecinco.

Dani Alves and Dinorah married each other in 2008 and after producing one child, the couple split in 2011, and now she has no access near to the Brazilian.
“His family is overwhelmed because they want to see him, and they can’t access him. His lawyer tells me she is working on the case.”
“Dani would never, ever, ever do this. I’m telling you because I’ve known him for 22 years and I have been married to him for 10. I think it’s a nightmare and it can’t be happening.”- She further added.

Dani Alves will be brought on before court after further evidence is collected and available to submit, but as things progressed, the former Juventus, PSG, and Barcelona fullback will be in trouble unless something drastically changed anytime soon.
