In his last ring appearance, Davis defended his title against Rolando Romero with a TKO victory. Prior to his upcoming bout, Tank appeared in an episode of the Showtime series âAll Access,â where he revealed his thoughts regarding his next opponent, saying that he is worried about Gracia.
âI ain’t gonna lie. He looks a little hungry. A lot of people overlook him, but I ain’t trying to overlook him. He looks like he’s ready and it could be a life changer for him. You know what I mean? He wants to take my spot. So, I’m definitely not looking past him. I’m in a real fight. January 7 is going to be a crazy night.â
In the same interview, he also talked about his development as an undefeated fighter and said that no one in the boxing ring could break him.
âI’m made for this. I’m here for a reason, for sure. The only person that can break me is myself. I’m not a kid anymore. I’m taking my priorities seriously. These things matter.â

Davis also said that he is very happy about his success but doesnât want to stop there and is ready to gain more.
âWe’re happy, but deep down inside, there’s more to accomplish. That’s how I feel as a fighter. Our job is never done. I want it all.â
However, lately, there has been a lot happening outside the ring in the life of this 28-year-old fighter. He was arrested last month on a charge of domestic battery, but he was released after posting $1,000 bail, and the judge issued a “No Contact with the Victim” order.
