It’s been over a month since the NFL GOAT Tom Brady announced his retirement “for good”, yet the fans are hoping the legend quarterback will take a u-turn to glorify the football field once again, albeit, amid the unhealed blow, an insider revealed some players were content with his retirement decision.
Brady decided to hang up his boots for the first time in February 2022 exactly one year before his second time retirement announcement, albeit the seven-time Super Bowl winner took a U-turn after 40 days and made an expected entry in the league once again.
Some teammates of Tom Brady are happy to come out of his shadow
NBC super insider Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk revealed on his appearance on Sports radio station WDAE that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers former QB TB12’s final retirement decision is actually making waves in the hearts of the team’s players and coaches as they wanted to come out of Brady effect.
“What a mess of distractions last year with everything that was going on with Brady. And to be free from that, to be beyond that, I think there’s going to be a lot of [Bucs] who are relieved, and rejuvenated and recharged this year,” Florio stated.
The NFL insider cited players and coaches will not express their happiness over retirement, however, they will feel the hidden pleasure of coming out of the Brady effect.
“They’re not going to come out and say it, but I think they’re going to feel it, and I think that’s good for the Buccaneers”, he added.
The other guest Joe couldn’t agree with the claim of Florio, albeit he mentioned the absence of Brady might see a revitalized fresh approach under Tampa Bay’s offensive coordinator Dave Canales.
It is still an enigma that players Florio indicated, albeit the Bucs teammates were flourishing praises for the TB12 after the retirement announcement.
