However, according to records, he has been losing weight and muscle mass since his retirement from bodybuilding in May 2022. In a recent Instagram post, he shared his current weight of 200 lbs along with his training and dietary routine.
On April 2nd, Flex Lewis took to Instagram to express his gratitude towards Dana White and his sponsors. And to mention that he is pleased to have reached an agreement on the contract terms.
Although the identity of his opponent is still unknown. His recent video appears to be a teaser for his upcoming debut, which will take place just before the Pereira vs. Adesanya 2 faceoff.
