Cristiano Ronaldo’s interview with Piers Morgan has shaken the soccer world. A series of unpleasant truths were revealed by the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
In that interview, CR7 stated that he sees Manchester United as a marketing club and that, as a result, the Reds will not win any trophies in the coming years. Ronaldo also expressed that he does not regard former manager Ralf Ragnick as a coach and does not even respect current manager Erik ten Hag.
At one point, Ronaldo even claimed that he was so close to joining Manchester City but didn’t join due to the intervention of Sir Alex Ferguson, though later on, the management of Man City denied the fact.
The Portuguese captain didn’t stop there; he accused the Glazer family of not taking good care of the club and also criticized his former teammates, Wayne Rooney and Gary Neville. Between all this chaos, the main accused party, the management of Manchester United, has remained silent as they are waiting for the full interview.
