The Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant is currently getting stuck from every direction after going viral for appearing live on Instagram with a gun while partying in a strip club.
Following his online antics, the shooting guard faced a two-game suspension by the Grizzlies, and the NBA has yet to make a decision regarding the matter. However, in the meantime, this is a huge opportunity for critics to bash Morant for his inconsiderate action.
Additionally, news of his previous actions came to light after the guard established his notorious behavior.
What did Ja Morant do previously?
Recently, after a police investigation, the 23-year-old and his family got into a teenage fight back in September last year. This time, a high school student became the victim of the Morant family.
At Houston High School in Memphis, Ja’s sister got into an aggressive verbal altercation with a student after a volleyball game. The teenage fight got escalated quickly after both parties started flying the ‘B’ word around, and the sister called her family to make an example out of it.

Later, the teenager and his family appeared outside the school’s premises, waiting to confront that teenage student. However, their mother, Jamie Morant, defended her action, saying, “Can not come upstairs and confront the students, and they did not need to make a scene at the school.”
Following the unpleasant standout, the victim’s family pressed charges of harassment and intimidation; however, there wasn’t much to investigate after that petty, typical teenage drama. However, it set a precedent for Morant’s family being so aggressive every now and then.
In another incident, James once got into a verbal confrontation with a mall guard, and the two-time pro bowler appeared with his peers to threaten that mall guard afterward. Last but not least, we all know their involvement in the row with the Indiana Pacers team in January this year.
It appears the Morant family had a bizarre habit of showing off their power and pride in an inappropriate way. However, after this time, Ja had a taste of the real consequences of his action and seemed to have learned a lesson.
