Jey Uso’s rivalry with Gunther for the championship at WrestleMania 41 almost faded away until WWE added Jimmy Uso into the storyline. While the feud is heating up again, Kevin Nash has caused a stir in the wrestling world with his recent comments about Jey Uso’s fitness.
On a recent episode of his podcast, Kliq This, Nash shared his observations about Uso’s performance and suggested that the pressures of his prominent role in WWE might be taking a toll on his physical fitness.
He said, “I thought Jey looked tired. I think Jey looks like he’s put some weight on,” Nash said. “I think the pressure of this spot is weighing on him…He’s over as f***. He’s just gotta relax. I think he needs to do some cardio…I don’t know how many house shows they’re even doing.”
As WrestleMania approaches, all eyes will be on Jey Uso to see how he performs on the grandest stage of them all. Thanks to Big Jim’s brother’s inclusion in the storyline, the feud is finally getting interesting.
WWE saves Jey Uso vs Gunther feud by adding Big Jim to the storyline
The March 31 episode of Monday Night RAW in London was a real turning point. During the post-match segment, Gunther handcuffed Jey Uso to the ropes, forcing him to watch as he unleashed a savage assault on his brother, Big Jim.
Gunther tying up Jey with the ring ropes and forcing him to watch his brother get destroyed nearby. About time we get creative with this feud. Thank you very much. The uncomfortable silence in the crowd, the audible worrying and Jimmy running the blade to Jey doing what he does…

The Ring General even went as far as smearing Jimmy’s blood on his chest, creating a shocking and visceral moment that left the WWE Universe buzzing. While this added an extra layer of intrigue, some felt it came too late, as it was introduced at the last moment.
