Borz is currently preparing for one of the biggest fights of his career against Paulo Costa. The fight is scheduled to take place in a month’s time, and he needs to be in peak condition to face the Brazilian fighter.

What surprised many was how Chimaev, weighing only 170 pounds at the time of the video, was able to hold his own in the grapple against a 250-pound UFC heavyweight champ.
This gave a lot of Khamzat’s fans reassurance, knowing that the fighter is in good condition to face Costa. Chimaev is known to be a good wrestler so it is good knowing that the fighter is going to be in optimal fighting conditions for his next bout.

This fight has a lot of weight to it as when Isreal Adesanya was still the champ he teased this fight saying that he might give the winner of this fight a shot at the title. This fight also opens a lot of doors for other potential fights for Chimaev as he could have a potential Kumaru Usman fight in line if he gets past Costa. Indeed Chimaev does have a lot riding on this fight and that’s why he would be looking at nothing short of a clear win to solidify his name in the division.
