Arsenal fans were visibly surprised when they saw Kim Kardashian supporting their team in the stands in the Europa League penalty shoot-out defeat to Sporting CP.
However, fans were also visibly upset as they lost the match, being knocked out of the Europa League. Granit Xhaka scored an opener in the 19th minute. But then Pedro Goncalves scored a stunning goal from the hallway line. Goalkeeper Aaron Ramsadale was off his line and was caught unaware. They then bowed out of the competition after losing the penalty shootout.
Fans of the North London team while surprised at her visit were quick to say they hoped Kim didn’t come back to an Emirates game ever. But Kim isn’t their only celebrity fan. As Arsenal continues to rack up wins in their title challenge, they gain more popularity around the world. Over the years, they have attracted a lot of glamorous celebrities to their games.
Who are among the glamourous fans of Arsenal?
One of the most famous figures at the World Cup is Ivana Knoll. The 30-year-old Croatian model is a Gooner. She attended the high-voltage match against Manchester City and was given a hospitality box. A jersey with her name and number ‘1’ was also gifted to her.
Kim Kardashian brought her son Saint to watch the game with her. He was seen wearing their jersey. Also previously during his seventh birthday party in January, he was pictured wearing Arsenal’s third jersey.
British singer Dido, best known for partnering with rapper Eminem in the 2000s is a lifelong Arsenal fan and is even seen supporting them occasionally. She inherited this love from her father when she was three.

She was given a VIP seat and even cheered as they beat Manchester United 1-0. The South African actress is an avid sports fan and has supported grassroots-level soccer in less developed countries.
Gisele Bundchen, famous Brazilian model and ex-wife of legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady is also a certified Gooner fan. She was seen in 2007 holding an Arsenal shirt and posing with Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
Arsenal’s glamorous fanbase will only continue to grow as its worldwide popularity grows. The Gunners will now face Leeds United on Saturday in a bid to win the club their first Premier League title since last winning it 19 years ago.
