Lakers Take First Loss vs Suns Despite AD’s Maximum Effort

The Lakers (3-0) faced the Suns (2-1) in their first road game just three days ago, winning 123-116 after a rough start. Just three days later, on October 28, these NBA rivals faced off again. The game drew plenty of attention as the Suns managed to secure a narrow victory, giving the Lakers their first loss of the season.

Anthony Davis gave his all, scoring 29 points and pulling down 15 rebounds, but the purple and gold couldn’t pull off a win, marking their first loss of the season. It appears that the Lakers’ success at the Crypto.com Arena did not translate to Phoenix.

The game was close the entire time, with the Suns taking the lead in the final minutes. Devin Booker shined for the Suns, scoring 33 points, while Tyus Jones added five, and Mason Plumlee chipped in 10 points.

LeBron James didn’t have his usual standout game, scoring only 11 points, while Austin Reaves helped out with 22 points. Despite the loss, the team remains optimistic about their prospects for the season.

Bronny James sits out the Lakers’ game against the Suns

Fans had anticipated Bronny James playing for the Lakers in their most recent game against the Phoenix Suns, but he did not. His absence caused some to question why he wasn’t on the court. Despite expectations that he might spend some time on the court with LeBron James, this didn’t happen.

However, Bronny is still with the team and will join them on their upcoming five-game road trip. After that, we expect him to play for the South Bay Lakers in the G League.
