LeBron James is not the all-time leading scorer of the NBA after scoring 38 points against the Thunder on Tuesday. Following his record-breaking event, the NBA world raised to congratulate the King of the league as he became the undisputed ruler.
However, it was not just the NBA fans that congratulated him; instead, everyone, including the stars. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar came to the arena to hand over the basketball, symbolizing the “Pass on” legacy of being the all-time leading scorer.
Stars like Drake, Rihanna, Stephen Curry, Kendrick Lamar, and Snoop Dogg created a tribute video for the King of the NBA- LeBron James.
What did stars say about LeBron James in their tribute video?
Not only did stars congratulate the L-train for achieving greatness, but they also shared why they love to see him perform. Rihanna, one of the stars in the video, says that she loves to see James perform and prove himself “over and over again against all odds and all doubts.” Snoop Dog kept it simple, saying, “Its always fun watching a Laker get it done.”
The video does not end there as Charles Barkley says that LeBron’s record-breaking effort is one of “the greatest accomplishments in sports history.” Antony Davis was also in the video and was thrilled to be a part of the team and see his fellow teammate achieving greatness.
