Lions DB C.J. Gardner-Johnson has recently shared his past experience with the Philadelphia Eagles fans. During a video game live stream, he shared his views about Eagles fans, which didn’t sit well with anyone. Besides that, he also shared what he liked the best about being with the team.
Gardner left the team about four months ago and signed a new deal with the Detroit Lions worth $8 million. No one expected him to make such a brutal claim about the Eagles fans.

He further added that he only liked the weather there. It was quite a shocking claim.
The Ex-Eagles star had some incidents with the fans which could be the reason for this claim. Once his car was stolen which he thought was because of the Eagles fans. Or maybe there was some other reason behind his harsh feelings for the Philadelphia people.
Why did Gardner-Johnson leave the Eagles?
In the offseason, the Eagles were ready to offer him a multi-year contract, but the defensive back wanted to test the market. So, the team made him a priority in free agency.
After one week’s negotiations, he signed a $8 million deal with the Detroit Lions. Gardner opted for a safer option by signing a one-year deal and not committing to a long-term contract.
He has been talking against his previous times a lot of times. But this is the first time he talked wrong about his fans. Eagles fans are certainly disappointed upon hearing this. As the new season begins, it will be exciting to see how the Lions fans will welcome him.
