Jadon Sancho joined the Red Devils from Borussia Dortmund after a promising campaign with the German giants back in 2021. However, he has been struggling to meet the expectations in the Premier League over the past three seasons. In the current season, Sancho has yet to contribute any goals or assists and only made three substitute appearances against Wolves, Tottenham, and Nottingham Forest respectively.
Previously the English national had called out the club’s manager, Eric Ten Hag in a social media post over comments regarding his selection procedure and why he wasn’t included. The 23-year-old forward had even pinned this post to the top of his profile for nearly a week, causing a fallout between him and the manager. But Sancho has since deleted the post as a step towards resolving the ongoing conflict.

Sancho has removed his post criticizing the Dutchman, and it is believed that the player is seeking to reconcile with the manager. According to reports, the manager recently held discussions with Sancho regarding the issue, and the removal of the post is viewed as a positive step.
Consequently, the forward is eager to revive his career under Eric Ten Hag and succeed at Manchester.

Now, with Antony’s unavailability due to serious allegations against him, Jadon Sancho sees this as an opportunity to make a comeback and solidify his place in the team. He is likely aiming to return for their next fixture against Brighton and resolve the dispute as swiftly as possible.
Jadon Sancho’s feud with Erik Ten Hag explained
On their last Premier League matchday, the star forward was excluded from their traveling squad to face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. The Reds lost that game to the Gunners, courtesy of two consecutive late goals from Gabriel Jesus and Declan Rice.
At the post-match conference, Ten Hag was asked about Sancho’s absence to which he responded, “Sancho was not selected due to his below-par performance in the training, and he needs to reach the level every day at the club,” while addressing the Media.
The 23-year-old didn’t delay his response and immediately made a social media post calling out the manager’s words. Sancho’s post said, “Please don’t believe everything you read. I will not allow people to say things that are completely false, I have conducted myself in training very well this week. I believe there are other reasons for this matter which I won’t go into, I’ve been a scapegoat for a long time which isn’t fair!”

“All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to the team. I respect all decisions that are made by the coaching staff, I play with fantastic players and grateful to do so which I know every week is a challenge. I will continue to fight for this badge no matter what!”, the post read.
Following this exchange of heated arguments, wide controversy erupted between the player and the manager. Jadon Sancho’s future at Old Trafford now depends on resolving his conflict with Eric Ten Hag.
