The Memphis Grizzlies bounced back in their second game of the NBA playoffs after an upset defeat in the first one. Grizzlies ran riot on the Timberwolves to earn a 96-124 point victory. In the post-game press conference, Memphis ace Ja Morant had only good things to say about his team’s performance.
Ja was seen pumping up his teammates throughout the game. The inspired performance from the Grizzlies sends a warning to all the other playoff teams.
If the Grizzlies continue to play like this, they could emerge as a serious contender for this season. The bounce back by the Memphis Grizzlies in the second match is nothing short of remarkable as in the match prior, they looked outclassed by Minnesota.
Judging by the turn of events in the second match, the first one could have very well been a fluke. But with 5 games remaining and the teams trading wins back and forth, it could still be anyone’s series. It remains to be seen if the Grizzlies-inspired second-game win carries them through the series against the Timberwolves!
