Free agency is usually a dramatic time filled with excitement, but this year feels a bit different. While some people are showing interest, most are waiting to hear from Aaron Rodgers. Everyone is excited to see what he decides because this is the first time he is a free agent in his career.
Aaron Rodgers, a four-time MVP, was released by the New York Jets earlier this year. Even though he has several offers, Rodgers hasn’t decided what to do next, keeping fans and teams waiting.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport thinks Rodgers might not make a decision until after the 2025 NFL Draft, which is set for April 24-26. Rapoport said, “I don’t get the sense he’s in a hurry at all, I really don’t… He doesn’t have to decide by any time. He sort of controls this thing, there’s no actual deadline.”

Reports say Rodgers is thinking about offers from the New York Giants, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Minnesota Vikings. The Giants have made the most money offer, but Rodgers seems to like the Vikings more. However, the Vikings are still figuring out their quarterback plan, which is causing the delay in Rodgers’ decision.
