The NFL is once again caught in the middle of controversy, and this time a shocking revelation points fingers at the authority for sexual harassment and improper use of archive data!
The NFL’s ineffective actions regarding health safety protocol and officials’ issues have mostly covered this year’s share so far. However, this new development made the authorities find themselves in an even worse situation than in previous incidents.
This time, a former league employee came forward with a lawsuit against the authority’s creepiness and perversion of taste in the cheerleaders and female supporters.
What happened at the NFL?
Victoria Russell was an employee of the human resources department for four years, and during that time, she observed several unethical activities of the league’s media department.
She filed a lawsuit against the NFL with a handful of issues, including her unlawful termination based on her race and these sexualized notions from inside the authority.

Her lawsuit claims the NFL timestamped those sexualized contents and inserted offensive descriptions of women’s bodies that were captured from time to time in the league’s history.
“The commentary associated with the timestamps included approximately 14 pages of sexually degrading remarks about women,” the lawsuit stated. However, the league’s spokesperson, Brian McCarthy, called the organization innocent.
“Those frames are logged as ‘sensitive’ so that they can be removed from circulation, meaning they will not be accessible to employees whose job it is to locate footage for productions,” McCarthy claimed.
Moreover, he criticized Russell for insinuating an inappropriate interpretation of that evidence. “Ms. Russell didn’t have credentials for the logging system, nor did any aspect of her responsibilities involve accessing footage,” the spokesperson concluded.
