Brady expanded his horizons beyond playing and ventured into team ownership by becoming the minority owner of the Las Vegas Aces, the best WNBA team in 2023.
Besides this, the seven-time Super Bowl champion reportedly had multiple discussions with the Miami Dolphins from 2019 to 2022 to join the franchise as a limited partner, however, the Dolphins were fined $1.5 million and stripped of their 2023 first-round pick following an investigation into allegations of tampering the former player.

The Raiders owner Mark Davis confirmed the news of the three-time MVP Tom becoming a minority owner of the Raiders via ESPN’s Paul Gutierrez and disclosed the process of seeking approval from the NFL as it necessitates the approval of at least 24 team owners before any ownership transfer is finalized.
“We have come to an agreement for Tom Brady to become a partner in the Raiders and we have submitted it to the NFL for approval”, he said.

“We’re excited for Tom to join the Raiders and it’s exciting because he will be just the third player in the history of the National Football League to become an owner.”
Will Brady quit the deal with Fox after becoming the Raiders’ minority owner?
The 15-time Pro Bowl quarterback came to terms with a 10–year, $375 million contract with Fox to become an analyst in 2023, however, the move of becoming a league owner is not expected to conflict with this deal as the league’s policies regarding team ownership and media employment “comes into play only if the owner holds a position of authority at the media company and could impact broadcast rights negotiations.”
The broadcasting company also stated they are ‘blessed’ with Tom’s arrangement.
