The NFL continues to surprise, making Week 10 picks and predictions difficult to make after a whirlwind week across the league. The state of the NFL standings is equally enthralling, with several teams vying for a spot in the playoff picture. Underdogs went 7-6 straight up, with upsets ranging from Jacksonville over Buffalo to Denver over Dallas. As a result, we had our worst week of game selections.
When discussing the NFL and its predictions, there is a lot to take in. Declaration victories and shocking losses by teams in the last two weeks have left sportsbooks with some intriguing lines.
Let’s take a glance at the DraftKings sportsbook’s Week 10 picks, predictions, as well as NFL odds.
Thursday, 8:20 p.m., Baltimore Ravens vs. Miami Dolphins (-7.5):
Because of their 1-5 ATS record as a favorite, the Ravens have been difficult for bettors to figure out, but they still rank second in the NFL in yards per game (427.9). For four quarters, Miami will struggle to keep up. In the AFC North, Baltimore keeps rolling.
Prediction for Ravens vs. Dolphins: Ravens 24, Dolphins 17.
Buffalo Bills at New York Jets, 11 a.m. Sunday, CBS
How did the Bills lose to the Jaguars in the first place? Buffalo should vent its rage on the Jets as a result of that defeat. The Bills will beat the Jets by a score of 28-13.
11 a.m., Fox, Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Washington Football Team
During their bye week, the Buccaneers’ playoff seeding rose. They should have no qualms about assisting it further against Washington.
Buccaneers 27, Washington 16 (prediction).
11 a.m., Fox, Atlanta Falcons vs. Dallas Cowboys
Don’t underestimate the Falcons, who would be in the NFC playoffs if the season started today. However, the Cowboys should not have two flops in a row.
Our prediction is that the Cowboys will win by a score of 24 to 18 against the Falcons.
11 a.m., CBS, New Orleans Saints vs. Tennessee Titans
Many people wrote off the Titans after Derrick Henry’s injury, and many people were clearly wrong. Tennessee has the potential to be the AFC’s best team.
Titans 31, Saints 24 is our prediction.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Indianapolis Colts, CBS, 11 a.m.
Can the Jaguars pull off a huge upset for the second time in a row? We’re not expecting it. The Colts have been far too dominant.
Prediction of Colts vs. Jaguars, 30 to 19.
11 a.m., Fox, Detroit Lions vs. Pittsburgh Steeler’s
Is this the week the Lions finally win a game? It could be, but we’re not ready to say. The Steelers will find a way to win late in the game.
Steelers 21, Lions 18 is our prediction.
Cleveland Browns vs. New England Patriots, CBS, 11 a.m.
This game has major implications for the AFC playoffs and has the potential to be the game of the week. In a thriller, we’re going with the home team.
Prediction for The Patriots will win 24-21.
Los Angeles Rams (-4.5, 49.5 o/u) vs. San Francisco 49ers Monday at 8:15 p.m. ET
After the Week 9 results, it’s difficult to predict this NFC West matchup. The Rams were thrashed at home by the Titans, while the 49ers laid an egg against the Cardinals. The Rams have a better record on the road and will be refocused under Sean McVay. There are a lot of unanswered questions about Kyle Shanahan’s 49ers following this game.
Pick and Predictions: The Rams win by a score of 24-20 but fail to cover the spread.
