NFL world reacts to Jaguars’ comeback from 27 points deficit vs Chargers

Los Angeles Chargers fans, on Saturday night, in their first playoff appearance since 2018, had to watch their team blow a 27-point lead to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Everything seemed to be going well for the Los Angeles team in the first half, as they pushed Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence into four interceptions and led 27-0 with 4:28 left in the second quarter. The Jaguars scored late to make it 27-7 at halftime, but many in the sports world had already pinned the Chargers for the Divisional Round.

The 27-point comeback is the third-largest playoff comeback in NFL history. It was also the first time in NFL playoff history that a team was plus-five in the turnover margin and lost the game.

The Jacksonville Jaguars returned from a 27-0 halftime deficit to overcome the Los Angeles Chargers 31-30 in the first round of the AFC Playoffs.  Jacksonville scored 11 points in the final 15 minutes to cap one of the best comebacks in postseason history after trailing 27-7 at halftime and 30-20 to open the fourth quarter.

Here’s what the NFL world is saying about Saturday’s unbelievable Jaguars comeback.
