A few months back the quarterback announced a new deal with T-Mobile, a telecommunications company worth $173 billion. Recently, he appeared in one of its commercials calling the shoot with T-Mobile the “weirdest practices.”

The Super Bowl winner was cast in a recent ad for T-Mobile. The ad also featured the famous British actor, Ben Barnes. 

The ad starts with Barnes missing a snap and wearing a makeshift Chiefs training kit. When the quarterback asked him whom he played for, he removed the kit and told him that he was with T-Mobile. T-Mobile is a German-based telecommunications company with which Mahomes had signed a few months back.

Barnes then takes Mahomes for a little adventure on the field. The hilarious commercial ended with Barnes hugging Mahomes. He called it a huddle to which Mahomes replied, “You don’t know what a huddle is, do you?”

The quarterback posted this funny ad on his Instagram and wrote in the caption, “Not gonna lie, this was one of my weirdest practices.”

Chiefs ace’s endorsement empire

Patrick Mahomes has been an outstanding performer for the Chiefs ever since landing in the league in 2017, especially since being named the starting QB in 2018. He has made appearances in three Super Bowls to date, with two victories. Because of his rapid successes on the pro gridiron field, he has a current estimated net worth of $40 million, making him one of the highest-paid athletes in the league.

And his success never ceased to bring him good fortune as he rose to the rank of one of the most marketable athletes and began to land significant endorsement deals. His very first deal was with Hunt’s, and he has since signed with Adidas, Oakley, Hy-Vee, and DirectTV, among others.
