The Philadelphia 76ers’ loss to the Bulls marked their eighth straight defeat this season, a streak that doesn’t reflect the team’s true potential. Adding to their struggles, Joel Embiid’s injury has raised even more concerns.
After the game, Paul George didn’t hold back. He openly criticized the team’s lack of identity and their failure to bring a winning mindset to the court.
“We’ve shown no sign of a team that will compete. We just don’t have the habits of a champion, or a playoff-contending team, would have. To be honest, right now it’s a little far-fetched. All we can do is work hard and try to just keep going,” George said.

Among the things he said:

Nick Nurse said in the post-game conference, “Just the overall vibe was really poor from the start. I think that giving up 39, almost 40 [points] again in the first quarter just kind of set the tone for the game. And there just didn’t seem to be a lot of energy or life or vibe tonight.”
