A social media user reportedly caught what appeared to be a couple having sex on television during the Oakland Athletics live game and posted it on Twitter, according to reports. A police inquiry in Oakland appears to be focused on two spectators who went to RingCentral Coliseum on Sunday, though.
In the midst of the Athletics and Mariners game, the two allegedly committed a sexual act. According to TMZ Sports, authorities are looking into a duo who became sexually hostile on the upper deck. A video of the alleged incident appears to show a woman giving a man oral sex.

“The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to this incident until after the game and we were advised that A’s staff/cameras did not capture video of this during the game. We have initiated an investigation. However, the parties have not been identified and no one has been cited/arrested at this time. The violation is 647(a) PC. Lewd acts in public,” Candace Keas, OPD Public Information Officer, issued a statement.
If found guilty, the fans might receive a fine of up to $1,000 or up to six months in jail. According to our insider report, a spectator at a different stand appears to have enjoyed the sexual event more than the actual match.
The 35,067-seat stadium held just 9,314 spectators for the game on Sunday, and the area where the two fans were sitting was largely vacant. The couple seemed to have utilized the privacy-containing empty spaces to their advantage.
Despite being 45-77 and in last place in the American League West, Oakland managed to defeat its division opponent in a three-game series by a score of 5-3 on Sunday. The Mariners are still in contention for one of the three American League wild-card places despite dropping the series and are 2.5 games clear of the Baltimore Orioles and Minnesota Twins.
