As one Packers player after another is warming up the news headlines heaping praise on their third-year quarterback, the Green Bay Packers appear to be quite fixated on Jordan Love.
Prior to this, De’Vondre Campbell, Romeo Dubs, Kenneth Odumegwu, and AJ Dillon all appeared in front of the media to express their love, admiration, and optimism for Jordan, moreover, some went too far by contrasting their 18-year veteran quarterback with a quarterback with only three years of experience. Running back Jaire Alexander for the team recently added his name to the list of Loves’ lovers.
Jaire Alexander confident in Jordan Love’s abilities
Aaron Rodgers dominated the Packer’s locker room and front office throughout his whole NFL career, leading them to win one Super Bowl in 2011 and bagging many personal accolades alongside. However, things have drastically changed now that the team has lost faith and interest in Rodgers, which prompted him to sign with the Jets.
The Packers’ team shows no signs of worry after the A-rod departs because Jordan’s show is still in full swing in Green Bay. In an appearance in a recent interview, the team’s running back declared the 27-year-old as the best quarterback in the league right now. Certainly, many people can sense that Alexander was attempting to smear Aaron with his remarks following his worst season with the team.
“QB1 here, man. Best QB in the league right here. You better tell him to stop trying me though,” Alexander said.

Rodgers gave his all to the team, yet they might find it easier to relate to the younger quarterback than thor former veteran quarterback, nevertheless, the Jets quarterback feels no envy for the player who sat behind him and learned the quarterback play from him.
“He’s going to be a great player,” Rodgers told McAfee.
How many games has Jordan Love won for the Packers?
In his two seasons in Green Bay, Love has appeared in 10 games, while possessing a 3-7 record in his career with the Packers. The 24-year-old was inactive for all 16 games and each postseason game as a rookie in 2020. In 2021, the Packers quarterback appeared in 6 games with one start last season, finishing 36 of 62 passes for 411 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions.
The quarterback’s best season came in his second year when he played in four games and threw 14 of 21 passes for 195 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions.
The Packers quarterback’s statistics are not good enough to compare him to Rodgers and affirm him the best, yet time will tell if he can succeed to justify the teams’ high hopes for him.
