The Pilates instructor and fashion influencer Brittany Williams is Josh Allen’s girlfriend. The couple has known each other since childhood and has been dating since 2017.
On the other hand, Allen, the quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, has only been in the NFL for a few years. Still, he has already set multiple team records, garnering him thousands of supporters and a few respectful opponents- including Tom Brady, who also was noticed chitchatting with the lad on May 2022.

In multiple media appearances, Williams mentioned how tough it was for her side to get the love of her life- after her friends mistreated and acted “crazy” in front of Allen, Josh did not speak to her for years, which led Brittany to say,
“He ghosted me for a year, but at the same time, I was like ‘Okay, I get it, things are just not in our timing right now,’ I knew it wasn’t meant to be,” she explained, adding that they got back together for good when Allen texted Williams during their freshman year of college saying, “I messed up.”
Furthermore, after moving into the relationship people started to talk about the couple’s personal life and made certain comments that Brittany did not like, in response to the phantasmagoric expectations of the fans, Williams went on to say,
“I guess what I and Josh always say, ‘What’s understood doesn’t need to be explained.’ Everyone around us [is] going to say this, say that. When you’re married, [it’s] ‘When’s the baby coming?’ When have your baby, [it’s] ‘When’s the next baby coming?’ So we just always say that. We have a great thing going.”
