Renee Paquette, popularly known as Renee Young, a former WWE commentator, interviewer, and on-air talent, officially joined with All Elite Wrestling on Wednesday. It has been made abundantly clear that the former WWE “Raw” commentator joined AEW to get closer to her husband, the current AEW World Champion Jon Moxley
Renee’s decision to join AEW was not a great surprise considering there was a report four days prior claiming that WWE believed Renee was either about to sign with them or may have already done so. Additionally, earlier on Wednesday, it was mentioned that she might make her first debut in the episode of Dynamite that airs tonight.
Tony Khan, the President, CEO, General Manager, and Head of Creative for AEW, posted on Twitter this evening, as expected, to say that Paquette has signed with the company. He stated, “Welcome to the team! @ReneePaquette is ALL ELITE! See you soon coming up at 8 pm ET/7 pm ET on @TBSNetwork TONIGHT!,”

WWE reportedly attempted to bring back Renee Paquette
Renee Paquette was a prominent personality in WWE and is well-known among the WWE Universe as a result of her outstanding work.
Dave Meltzer reported WWE attempted to reintroduce Renee Young to the company. She, however, declined the offer.
Meltzer further stated, “WWE had contacted her to return as it shook up its announcing teams this past week for the new television season, which started Friday night. When she turned down the offer, those in WWE had noted that they believed she was headed to AEW.”
Renee Young may want to work in AEWs with her husband, Jon Moxley
This was a no-brainer because Renee Young obviously wants to work for All Elite Wrestling alongside her husband Jon Moxley, who recently renewed his contract with the organization for an additional five years.
More information regarding the signing scenario has now surfaced, claiming that the likelihood of the real-life team working together in AEW is legitimate.
Moreover, Renee Paquette’s inclusion will undoubtedly increase interest in this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. It will be interesting to observe what role she performs for the company.
