“Representing immigrants, my country” Grammy-winning artist Rihanna reveals why she chose to perform at Super Bowl LVII halftime

Famous celebrities will perform for their audience, it’s the most wanted thing for a fanbase. But it will be more exciting for the audience if the performance comes from a performer who is not involved with the music business for several years. Rihanna has done something like this kind of job which has made the whole internet stormy. Later on, she revealed the answer to this unknown fact.

Celebrities are traveling to metro Phoenix ahead of Arizona’s Super Bowl hosting duties to play at various venues, party, and watch the WM Phoenix Open golf event at TPC Scottsdale.

Major celebrities from the worlds of sports, entertainment, and music are anticipated to attend, including Jay-Z, Cardi B, Rihanna, Aaron Rodgers, Kevin Hart, Shaquille O’Neal, Serena Williams, and Paris Hilton. As Super Bowl 57 approaches on Sunday, Feb. 12, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, many more will undoubtedly make an unexpected appearance.

On February 9, the halftime show performer for the Apple Music Super Bowl 57 arrived in downtown Phoenix to discuss the significance of the big game for her. Before her much-awaited gig, which will be her first since 2018, the Grammy-winning musician, founder of Fenty Beauty and Savage x Fenty, new mother, Rihanna stated, “As scary as that was because I haven’t been on stage in seven years, there’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all. … And it’s important for me to do this year. It’s important for representation. It’s important for my son to see that.”

“That’s a big part of why it’s important for me to do this show,” Rihanna also added, “Representing for immigrants, representing for my country, Barbados, representing for Black women everywhere. That’s key for people to see the possibilities and I’m honored to be here.”
