Rhea Ripley, the the current RAW Women’s Champion, often addresses philosophical questions either on the mic in the ring or during interviews. She has consistently rejected what people say about her. She also came close to losing her title to Raquel Rodriguez in her last RAW match as champion.
However, the arrival of Nia Jax had a significant impact on the match, although Rhea could have defeated the powerful Rodriguez even without Nia’s unexpected assistance. In a recent interview, she even mentioned certain male WWE characters she hopes to face.
Rhea Ripley names male stars she wants to beat
Rhea Ripley’s recent argument bears similarities to a previous one involving former WWE wrestler Chyna, who defeated numerous male WWE superstars. Before Ripley’s debut, the WWE world had experienced an extended period without witnessing a female character capable of competing with men.
Rhea was interviewed as a guest by Sportskeeda’s Riju Dasgupta yesterday night, just after her last bout with Rodriguez. It was predictable that she would want to fight major WWE stars like Charlotte Flair and Beth Phoenix, but it came as a shock when she also mentioned wanting to face Dom’s dad, Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio.
She continued the talk show discussion by mentioning two more famous male stars, Edge and Randy Orton, with whom she would want to have a romantic encounter. Rhea said that she hoped Randy would return so that she could get an RKO for her chronic habit of interfering in men’s affairs.
“And that’s Randy Orton. Yeah, they want Randy to come back so that I can get RKO’d because I keep sticking my business in the men’s business. Rhea Ripley keeps hitting the men, they can’t hit her back. Because they know their place. They know their role, and they know Mami’s always on top.” Ripley added.
Rhea Ripley’s altercations with male stars
Rhea Ripley has consistently demonstrated the power and agility to compete with male wrestlers. She’s a pro, and she’s faced male wrestlers as opponents in the past. Ripley made a strong statement last year by repeatedly attacking Edge and Rey Mysterio when a faction tried to recruit Dominik Mysterio. In December 2022, Ripley even had an intergender bout against Akira Tozawa on RAW.
Rhea also faced Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa and executed a great Suplex on Matt Riddle. Ripley has had many thrilling moments throughout her wrestling career, from defeating Akira to overpowering Rey Mysterio.
Seeing Ripley compete in the men’s division should be exciting. Among male wrestlers, who do you think she should face next? Don’t forget to share your thoughts.
