Rhea Ripley is one of the very few female superstars of this generation who didn’t even fear to step against the male superstars of the company. This same aggression was seen back in WWE Hall of Famer Chyna. However, the Viper Randy Orton is considered one of the stars who attacked female superstars in the company.
The Apex Predator had attacked several female superstars, including Stephanie McMahon, Beth Phoenix, etc. However, it seems like finally, the Eradicator has found a way to protect herself from Randy Orton’s devastating finishing maneuver.
Rhea Ripley proposes Judgement Day member in Randy Orton
The official Instagram account of WWE NXT has uploaded a video clip featuring the Women’s World Champion, where she answers questions asked by fans around the globe. One fan asked Rhea Ripley which wrestler from the past she chose to join the Judgment Day faction. The Eradicator replied that
“I mean there are a lot of people I’ll choose, but this one person, social media keeps throwing at me, hoping that they would come and put me in my place. So my choice would be Randy Orton because ain’t no one here with MAMI who can RKO. MAMI is always right and MAMI is always on top. Randy Orton would be part of my Judgement day and he would be a step below MAMI!”
The words of Rhea Ripley show the real intentions behind her proposal to Orton for being a member of the villainous faction of the Red brand.
Orton set to return soon according to Kurt Angle
With his absence for months from the company, the WWE Universe has been eagerly waiting for the comeback of the Viper in WWE. However, a few weeks back, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle revealed that the recovery of Orton is at a good rate, and he is reportedly back again soon in WWE. So it seems like the Viper is almost on the verge of his WWE comeback.
The upcoming premium live event of the company is SummerSlam 2023, and many fans believe that Orton might return at the Biggest Party of the Summer. It will be interesting to see how things will unfold in the future, as the biggest question remains: is Orton still a part of his tag team with Matt Riddle, or will Randy turn heel and attack Riddle to set up a match against him on the upcoming show?
