Ric Flair Reacts After Tiffany Stratton’s SmackDown Jabs on Her Daughter

Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton’s off-script promo has stirred up a lot of talk recently. In the promo, Tiffany took a personal shot at Charlotte, referencing her past marital separation. Now, Charlotte’s father, Ric Flair, has responded strongly to this jab.

After that SmackDown, many people shared mixed opinions about the promo, feeling it was unprofessional because it dragged Flair’s personal life into the spotlight.

Recently, Ric Flair spoke on the Busted Open Radio podcast about the segment involving his daughter and her opponent for WrestleMania 41. He felt strongly about it but didn’t share, saying it was too sensitive. Flair also expressed his dislike for WWE bringing up his name in storylines.

He said that he had an opinion, but he would rather not voice it. “I didn’t like it, but wrestling is wrestling,” Flair added. He went on to explain that he hates when his name is used in the storyline.

However, he praised Charlotte’s strength and determination, calling her “ten times the athlete” he ever was, highlighting her hard work and dedication.

Ric Flair on John Cena’s title record

As WrestleMania 41 gets closer, fans are excited about John Cena possibly breaking Ric Flair’s record of 16 world titles. “The Nature Boy” shared his thoughts on this in an interview.

Flair praised Cena, calling him a “phenomenal guy” who has worked hard in wrestling. “I would be extremely happy for John, and I wish I could be there live to get in the ring and shake his hand,” Flair said.

He also talked about Cena’s dedication to the sport, saying, “He has put his life, his soul—everything there is possible, just like I did—into the business for the last 20 years.” While Flair once hoped his daughter, Charlotte Flair, would break his record, he now supports Cena. “If John breaks it, more power to him,” Flair added.
