Hall of Famer Rikishi has shared his bold prediction for WrestleMania 41, claiming that the highly anticipated triple-threat match between CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins will be the highlight of the event.
Recently, with Paul Heyman refusing to end his friendship with CM Punk, their storyline has become even more interesting. Initially, everyone believed that Roman Reigns was the primary focus of the storyline.
But now, it’s becoming clear that CM Punk is actually leading the narrative. Many fans believe there’s a strong possibility that The Special Counsel might lose his loyalty to Roman Reigns and team up with CM Punk instead.
However, one thing is undeniable: if Roman Reigns isn’t involved in this story, it won’t get as much attention. That’s why Rikishi believes this storyline could steal the spotlight.
He said, “When you mix up God with an icon [in] CM Punk, with the future superstar of Seth Rollins? We mix all that up together, my man. That right there is going to be a match that I predict is going to steal the WrestleMania spotlight.”
He added, “You can take my word for it, but that’s just my humble opinion. I don’t work for WWE. I’m not in that office. I’m like the outsider, like every one of y’all. We just watch what they throw out to us on Netflix every night, every week, and so this is my humble opinion.”
Rikishi says Roman Reigns’ name shatters box office records
Surprisingly, Rikishi refers to Roman Reigns as the wrestling god. The Hall of Famer gave Reigns that title due to the impressive box office numbers Reigns generates.
