Roman Reigns Stands Against Bloodline: Will The Rock Return Before WrestleMania 41?

WWE Smackdown just debuted on USA Network with an unexpected Bloodline plot twist. The crowd got a one-million-voltage shock when Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes teamed up, signing a contract to take on the new Bloodline at the upcoming Bad Blood event.

Fans still remember how much they hated each other at the last WrestleMania, but WWE’s writers have now made up another cinematic plot for them. This could be the perfect moment for The Rock to return and reclaim his role as the Bloodline’s leader.

Not to mention WrestleMania 40 was packed with so many dramas. Originally, it was set for The Rock to face Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship, but Cody Rhodes won the Royal Rumble, and fans wanted him to get the title shot to “finish his story.”

Then, after so much buildup, Roman’s championship reign ended, and Cody became the new champion. However, no one forgot The Rock’s whisper in Cody’s ear. Now, it all makes sense—The Rock could be coming back to face Roman Reigns in a match that never happened at WM 40.

We don’t need to guess the date—WrestleMania 41 is the perfect stage for this epic showdown. Thanks to WWE fans, who played a huge role in pushing WWE to include Cody Rhodes in the storyline. This will now make the Roman vs. Rock rivalry even more intense and interesting.

The Road to WWE WrestleMania 41 will be full of drama

All signs point to WrestleMania 41 being the most dramatic yet. During his comeback at SummerSlam, Roman Reigns’ eye contact with the Undisputed WWE Champion suggested that they would soon face off. In the meantime, WWE is waiting for the return of “The Final Boss” to ramp up the excitement.

Moreover, the Rock has already teased that WrestleMania 41 will be the biggest event in history. He promises it will be a “Final Boss” moment, noting, “We’re on the 1-yard line to create the biggest WrestleMania of all time and the biggest match of all time at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. I’ll just leave it at that, Final Boss style.”
