YouTuber turned professional boxer Jake ‘The Problem Child’ Paul is no stranger to controversies. Recently Jake Paul promoted crypto investing platform ‘SafeMoon’ was in the news for all the wrong reasons. SafeMoon’s LP( liquidity pool) was attacked by a hacker who snatched around 27,000 BNB, which in real-world value could cost up to $8.9 million.
Talking about the unfortunate incident SafeMoon CEO John Karony aka Captain Hodl took to Twitter in an attempt to save the platform’s reputation,
“In the hours since, our team has met with key advisors to agree a plan that protects token holders and the community. We have located the suspected exploit, patched the vulnerability, and are engaging a chain forensics consultant to determine the precise nature and extent of the exploit,” Karony tweeted.

Should Jake Paul just focus on boxing and avoid promoting these Crypto scams?
The 26-year-old was last seen inside the boxing ring on February 26th, where fought and lost to Tommy Fury via a split decision. Although one judge gave the fight to Paul, ‘The Problem Child’ clearly got outboxed. As per reports, Paul is currently in negotiation for his rematch with Tommy Fury which will supposedly take place in July.
Paul has a boxing record of 6-1, with notable wins over former UFC champions Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva. he has secured four victories by KO, as well as winning one by split and one by unanimous decision.
Fighting Tommy Fury was a major step in Paul’s boxing career ambitions as ‘TNT’ was the first real boxer he faced. If Paul really wants to become a boxing world champion in the future, it’s about time he seriously continues on the path he currently is on and fights real professional boxers even if that takes a little hit on the PPV numbers.
Despite losing up his recent bout, the problem child reportedly took home a mouth-watering $30 million for the bout against ‘TNT”. Such revenues are usually amassed by some of the biggest names in boxing like Tyson Fury.
And this is exactly why it’s mind boggling to see the former Vine star engage in fraudulent activities such as crypto currency scam. The former vine star still has a massive Youtube following and other potential sources for high income.
Why do you think despite all of Jake Paul’s successes, he somehow finds his way back to shady activity? Let us know in the comments.
