The unlikely duo, who share more differences than similarities, were captured on the big screen by the cameramen. Initially in an intense discussion, Rita quickly realized the cameras were on them and waved joyously. Novak, who was also initially deep in thought, broke into a smile as fans caught a glimpse of two legends from disparate backgrounds.

Rita Ora was born in Kosovo, while Novak Djokovic hails from Serbia. That fact alone led social media to get abuzz with talks on the historical connotation of their meeting. The two countries were involved in a bitter conflict during the Kosovo War of the late 1990s.
