Seth Rollins vs CM Punk Confirmed for WWE Raw Netflix Debut

So, there has been some buzz going around since last week about WWE kicking off the Seth Rollins vs. CM Punk feud earlier than expected, which was supposed to go down at WrestleMania 41 in 2025.

However, it will officially take place on January 6 when WWE Raw launches on Netflix. Last night’s Monday Night Raw confirmed the match by ending all speculations.

The rivalry between Seth Rollins and CM Punk has been building for months, and things exploded during the December 16 episode of Raw. After a big fight between the two, WWE General Manager Adam Pearce officially announced that their match would be the main event for WWE Raw’s Netflix debut on January 6.

The show began with Punk talking about his feud with Rollins and their upcoming match. He said he wasn’t happy after last week’s fight and compared Rollins to his old rival, Drew McIntyre. Rollins then appeared in the crowd, calling Punk names and saying he made WWE better while Punk had abandoned it.

Seth Rollins won’t team with Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre is currently facing off against the entire Bloodline, which includes CM Punk, while Seth Rollins is solely concentrating on Punk. Considering ‘The Visionary’ also hates Roman and Punk, McIntyre asked Rollins to team up with him on last night’s Raw. However, Rollins turned him down.

Rollins said his only enemies are Roman Reigns and CM Punk, and right now, his focus is only on Punk. Even though ‘The Scottish Warrior’ wants to take down Reigns, Rollins doesn’t plan to fight him at the moment. Rollins also made it clear he won’t betray his friends, Jey and Sami.

Although both Rollins and McIntyre have problems with the Bloodline, they refused to work together because their goals main goals are different.
