When it comes to teams like the Cleveland Cavaliers or Boston Celtics, no one imagined they would do so at the point table since many of the fans thought Stephen Curry and LeBron James would give the best possible fight to every team.
Since both of the teams are struggling with their win-loss record, it is expected that they will make some changes in the roster, like including some capable free agents and using them on the court.
This is something people love about LeBron James because he is always very vocal and proactive in urging the Lakers’ front office to make trades and signings to build a competitive team.
But Stephen Curry is a completely different personality, and experts like Stephen A Smith don’t like this. He recently stated in an interview that he has a responsibility to leave the franchise in a positive state after his tenure. This comment sparked backlash and led Stephen A Smith to criticize the Warriors’ stars.

During NBA Countdown, Kendrick Perkins noted that Stephen Curry is the only superstar without a true number two. Smith responded, surprising Perkins, saying, “It’s partially his fault. He’s too cooperative.”
Stephen Curry vows not to be a ‘bitter old head’
Stephen Curry, captain of the Golden State Warriors, has hinted this could be his last season or maybe one more before he retires. He talked about his future during a special “NBA OGs Convo” on Christmas Day, where he chatted with LeBron James and Kevin Durant about life after basketball.
“We’re not gonna be the bitter old heads coming back hating on the younger generation, we definitely have appreciation and admiration for what they’re able to do too.”✊

Stephen Curry said he doesn’t want to be the kind of retired player who criticizes younger athletes. “We’re not gonna be the bitter old heads that are coming back hating on the younger generation but definitely appreciation and admiration for what they’re able to do too,” he added.
