The Currys often come live on Instagram for their “Wine Down” show and talk about relationships in an unfiltered way. The advice came from none other than Hollywood star Gabrielle Union. In an episode, 3-time NBA Champion Dwyane Wade and her wife Gabrielle Union were invited, who themselves are rumored to be going through a tough patch.
In the live, the “Bad Boyz 2” actress recalled how she told Steph Curry’s wife Ayesha before their marriage, “You should just break up now and have sex with other people”. This conversation took place at the birthday gathering of NBA champion and former Warriors player, Dorell Wright. At this, Wade got embarrassed and apologized to the couple. Trying to justify her previous statement, he said that they have changed and are not like before. All of them laughed, recollecting the memories.
Union then complimented the couple for their genuineness and said that she wished more people could be like them.

Steph and Ayesha have known each other since their teenage years (15 and 16 respectively) and first ran into each other in a church in Charlotte, North Carolina. They started dating in 2008 and soon got married on July 30, 2011. The couple has three beautiful children together; Riley, Ryan and Canon.
The TV personality and the NBA great frequently share their love for each other on Instagram. The two marked their 10th marriage anniversary in 2021, when they took vows. The photographs of the special moments were posted on Instagram.
Steph and her entrepreneur wife have started a project at Davidson College to financially support women in sports and groom them in order to shape their future. They have also hosted a show together called “About Last Night” in 2022 on HBO Max.
