Super Bowl LVII will occur on Sunday as the Chiefs will take on the Eagles at State Farm Stadium, Glendale, Arizona. The two teams will try to knock each other out and emerge as the new champions receiving the Vince Lombardi Trophy. However, there is more to it than the trophy and the rings.
The victorious team will wear their champion merchandise. The merchandise is pre-made before the games. Both the Eagles and Chiefs’ winning uniform is ready to be worn by the teams and sold to their fans. However, this makes fans wonder- what will happen to the million-dollar shirts and caps of the losing team.
Well… they will not be wasted, according to Good360 CEO Romaine Seguin. Her company has worked with the NFL for about a decade, with nine years in the making. Aligned with the company name, Good360 serve people in need worldwide as a none profit organization.
Seguin talked with Fox News Digital about the losing team merchandise of Super Bowl LVII and shared her plans to donate.
What did Good360 CEO Romaine Seguin say about the Super Bowl LVII losing merchandise?
Romaine has a “Good360” plan not to waste the million-dollar products. In fact, the CEO has the vision to provide cloth to underprivileged people across the globe. Especially in poverty hotspots like Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Regarding her donation plan, Romaine said, “You know, there’s people in the world that don’t have clothes, don’t have a shirt to put on. I mean, you and I take it for granted. But, unfortunately, there’s still a great need out in the communities and out in the world.”
The CEO also advised the fans of the losing team not to get disheartened as their teams will still contribute to “bring a smile to the face” of children who might need the piece of cloth.
On the other hand, while talking about the Super Bowl, Seguin said, “May the best team win on Sunday, but even [for] the non-winner, people can still have a smile on their face with the product going to someone that is in great need.”
