The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII on Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. However, a huge number of journalists, NFL employees, and fans have been in Phoenix all week, creating a lot of noise, something Phoenix Suns player Devin Booker wants to cut fast. The three-time all-star tweeted on Saturday night, “Can all y’all get out my city? I like it better quiet.”

On the Monday following the Super Bowl, at least 180,000 passengers were expected at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. That is almost 60,000 more people than on a typical day.
In the run-up to the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Kansas City Chiefs game in Glendale, a slew of star-studded Super Bowl-themed activities have taken place. Not to mention Rihanna’s halftime show plus Chris Stapleton, Babyface, and Sheryl Lee Ralph’s pregame performances.
Kendall Jenner’s ex is just like everyone else: stuck in traffic, irritated by the commotion, and, ready for Monday to arrive. Of course, there’s plenty to see and see until things settle down, including Rihanna’s halftime show, Guy Fieri renaming Glendale Flavortown, and a million-trillion events and parties in between. But, in the meantime, it’s good to know that Book realizes the trouble.
Given that Booker is a Detroit Lions fan, it’s easy to understand why he wants Super Bowl guests to leave right away. In addition, the Eagles defeated the Lions 38-35 earlier this season. The Grand Rapids native was questioned about his motivation when playing against the Pistons.
“It’s definitely something that I think about. A lot of my early childhood basketball memories come to mind. It’s always exciting. Probably more exciting when I’m playing there, but even just the color scheme, the gear, everything,” Booker told Duane Rankin of the Arizona Republic.
The Suns host the Kings on Tuesday night at 9:00 p.m. EST, so Booker may be there with his teammates.
Since the NBA schedule was published in August, Booker has reportedly been looking forward to the PGA golf event at TPC Scottsdale. Booker and Paul discussed their golf fandom during the Phoenix Open Tee-Off Luncheon in December, and Booker expressed excitement that there would be time off between Suns games against the Indiana Pacers and the Sacramento Kings.
