Shaquille O’Neal is not just an athlete; he is a true entertainer! Throughout his years as an NBA player, Big Shamrock destroyed his opponents and entertained millions of fans with his game in the arena. Yet this was not the only entertainment that O’Neal fans witnessed as Shaq amused massive crowds outside the court with his hilarious and talented personality.
Now that the big man is retired, he goes to shows and does something completely out of the blue, like eating a horned frog and losing in bets, which is one of his characteristics to make his fans go bonkers. However, while Shaq played, he tried many other things, including releasing a diss track dedicated to one of his mates.
Who did Shaquille O’Neal diss?
While there were many close teammates of the giant, Kobe Bryant was one of those guys who frequently was seen with Shaquille, and so, when the Big Shamrock was asked to perform in a freestyle contest, Shaquille O’Neal wasted no time making a diss track on his teammate and friend Kobe Bryant.
His song lyrics were too much for many fans, and while Kobe was one of his close friends, even he might not have believed what Shaq had produced. Not only was his song gun pointed at Bryant, but it was also very smooth.
The freestyle started with, “Check it. You know how I be, last week Kobe couldn’t do without me.” In the middle of the diss, Shaq reveals personal information as he raps, “I’m a horse. Kobe ratted me out. That’s why I’m getting divorced. He said, ‘Shaq gave a b**** a mil.’ I don’t do that ’cause my name Shaquille.”
Finally, the basketball sensation ended his show with, “Kobe, n****, tell me how my a** tastes.” Even though the diss sounds mean long-time friend Kobe did not mind a bit of entertainment from the “BIG man.”
