Devin Haney has tore down on fellow boxer Ryan Garcia, and accused him of using other fighters to sell his fight.
Ryan Garcia is set to take on Javier Fortuna on July 16th. Garcia, who is undefeated inside the boxing ring, has 22 wins, with 18 of those being knockouts. Fortuna is quite the veteran of the game, and is a former two-time world champion. With around 40 fights under his belt, he will surely provide a tough test for the 23-year old.
But despite the tough task ahead of him, Garcia seems to have his eyes set on who he wants to fight next- Gervonta Davis. Davis, who is also known as “The Tank”, recently picked up a win over Rolando Romero. He is also unbeaten inside the ring.
Speaking at a press conference to promote his fight Garcia said, “And then after (this fight), we are gonna go after Tank (Davis). I’m gonna go beat his a*s, and I promise you that.”

One person who was not having any of it was fellow boxer Devin Haney. Haney, who has just recently picked up a win over George Kambosos, is the current undisputed lightweight champion, called out Garcia, trashing him for “using” other fighters to sell his fights.
“This clown uses other fighters to sell his fight⌠then fights no one! Read between the lines”

Garcia and Haney have quite the history. They faced each other multiple times during their amateur career. They are yet to face each other in their professional career, but the way things are going, that fight can’t be too far off.
Garcia, however, should be focused on Fortuna at the moment instead of looking too far ahead beyond July 16th. A win over the Dominican could well set up a bout against Haney.
