Tito Ortiz, a formidable mixed martial artist who is now active in local politics, has decided to sell his Huntington Beach California Mansion. Although it is unclear why Ortiz made such a quick choice, everyone believes it had something to do with illegal trespassing and home invasion.
The family-sized beachfront home was initially posted in late 2021 with a $6 million price tag and is currently for sale for $4.8 million. When he posted about the news, everyone was guessing if there were any reasons behind the surprise decision. Despite some supporters’ speculation to the contrary, Tito did not exonerate himself of the June burglary.
During the absence of Ortiz, a couple of burglars broke through his windows and stole something. According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, Ortiz’s home had been “ransacked” and a window on a balcony had been shattered.
The mansion is nearly a 4,000-square-foot waterfront property. It boasts a wine cellar, a private boat dock with beach access, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. a lavish location that anyone would like to reside in.
In 2020, Ortiz was elected as the mayor pro tempore of Huntington Beach. As a native of that place and also with all the UFC records, it’s no wonder how he gained that position. But soon after six months, he left the job, saying that the job wasn’t working for him.
He had a 21-12-1 record in his legendary MMA career. The 47-year-old’s last MMA bout came in December 2019 against Alberto Del Rio in a Combat Americas event, where he won via submission. His last boxing bout was against Anderson Silva back in 2021.
