Tom Brady, the legendary former NFL quarterback is known to be a very good father. But his oldest son might not follow in his footsteps. The mother of Brady‘s oldest son, Bridget Moynahan recently talked about her son’s aspirations and future plans in an interview. She shared insights into what his son wants to do and how she is going to support him.
Moynahan added that she will not force hher son to follow in his father’s footsteps, rather support whatever career choice he will make.
Bridget Moynahan supports son Jack’s dreams
In her appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark, Kelly asked Bridget whether her son is dreaming of becoming a dentist, she shared, “I don’t think he’s expressed any dental dreams, and I really think that he’s kind of like that normal kid who doesn’t really know what he wants to do yet and I think that’s okay.”
“I certainly don’t want to put any pressure on him to do what I do or what his father does,” she emphasized.
She mentioned that Jack loves lacrosse, and basketball is probably his favorite sport, “More of a basketball and lacrosse player”.
Tom also once echoed this sentiment, adding that Jack is also a very good student.
“And to be honest, whatever he chooses, I’ll be very happy. But he loves lacrosse…basketball’s probably his favorite sport, but he’s a very good student,” Tom told People magazine. “Again, I think wherever he ends up finding the path, I think for me and his mom just to support that is the best thing possible.”
Both Tom and Bridget seem to agree that supporting Jack in finding his own path is the best course of action, regardless of the specific choices he makes.

As for living arrangements, Jack seems to divide his time pretty equally between both of his parents’ houses due to the shared custody agreement between Tom and Bridget. But he spent most of his time with his mother who lives in New York. Tom Brady has always been occupied with work but still tries to make time to spend with his kids.
Now that he has retired and aims to spend most of his time with his family. This change allows Tom to be more present and involved in his son’s life, despite the challenges of shared custody and geographical distances.
