Tom Brady’s 4-word pep talk to Raiders before Cowboys preseason game prompts comeback call

Tom Brady used to be teammates with Jimmy Garoppolo from 2014 to 2016 when they played together for the New England Patriots. Now he’s reunited with Garoppolo again in the Las Vegas Raiders. Brady is now a minority owner of the team, whereas Garoppolo is the starting quarterback.

Brady came to watch the preseason game between the Cowboys and the Raiders yesterday. The seven-time Super Bowl winner offered a 4-word prep talk to Garoppolo and other members of the Raiders which caught everyone’s attention.

Tom Brady, although retired from the NFL, still maintains a connection to football and was seen offering advice to the Las Vegas Raiders before their preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys.

In May, it was announced that the former quarterback has become a minority owner of the Raiders. Yesterday, he came to support his new team.

The team is led by Josh McDaniels who was the former offensive coordinator of Brady, and the starting quarterback of the Raiders is Garoppolo who was the backup quarterback of Brady.

Before the game started the NFL legend was seen giving a piece of advice to Jimmy Garoppolo, Brian Hoyer, and Aidan O’Connell. While the players were heading towards the field Brady told them to ruin the night of the Cowboys.

“Go ruin their [the Dallas Cowboys] night.”

When the players heard this, they acknowledged the words of the former NFL player with a slight smirk on their faces. However, they couldn’t act upon the advice of the NFL legend as the Cowboys won the game.

Brady’s involvement with the Raiders as a minority owner and his message to the team hints at his continued passion for the game of football, even after retiring as a player.

Brady’s message sparks comeback plea from fans

Tom Brady said goodbye to the NFL last year. But he didn’t break ties with the league and to stay connected he became the minority owner of the Raiders. But his recent message to the team made it evident that the seven-time Super Bowl winner misses playing on the field.

Fans also went crazy after watching this clip and again started their plea that he should come back. They took to Twitter stating that the former quarterback is missing the field and who knows he might jump in to handle the game.

However, Tom Brady has no intentions to again play in the NFL. He has made this thing clear and is now focusing on his new ventures. He is spending most of his retirement time with his children but is also working on and off. Brady has recently invested in a new club Birmingham City. Tom Brady seems to be embracing his role as a retired athlete and enjoying life away from the intense demands of professional sports.
