Tommy Fury confronts KSI in ring, claims to make him suffer same fate as Jake Paul

Ahead of the highly anticipated Misfits 007: KSI vs Joe Fournier PPV, Tommy Fury announced that he will be attending the event. And as promised, Tommy along with his father John Fury came to the OVO Arena in Wembley, London. The British professional boxer’s presence at the stadium sparked a lot of noise and subsequently, a fight broke out between him and Idris Virgo.

However, this was not the only incident that Fury was part of at the Misfits event as he engaged in a heated verbal altercation with KSI after the conclusion of the main event. Following his win over Joe Fournier, JJ called out Tommy Fury for a fight. Thereafter the two boxers exchanged words and entered into a staring battle.

“You didn’t beat a pro boxer tonight. I’m the pro boxer. Let’s get that straight. I have already ticked off one name in Jake Paul. He’s done, he’s finished. You’ll be ticked off. Like it or not you will be ticked off. And Misfits is gonna be over.”

Tommy strongly believes that Jake Paul is the best boxer and after his win over The Problem Child he claims that KSI is easy money. Following their heated verbal exchange, a matchup between Fury and JJ appears imminent.

Moreover, Misfits matchmaker Mams Taylor revealed that the talks between the two parties have progressed and a deal is being finalized. As it stands, JJ would most likely fight Tommy Fury in December as he originally planned to fight Jake Paul at that time period.

Tommy Fury downplays KSI’s knockout win over Joe Fournier

KSI outclassed Joe Fournier and knocked him out in the second round in what was a very controversial result. The Nightmare accidentally elbowed Fournier which resulted in the stoppage. After the conclusion of the PPV, Tommy Fury shared his thoughts about the matchup while speaking to Behind the Gloves.

While having a conversation, TNT dissed JJ and downplayed his win. “He has got no defense whatsoever. If Fournier would’ve actually threw a punch he probably would’ve done better. He didn’t throw one punch so that was useless.”

The rivalry between KSI and Tommy Fury is heating up and their comments after the Misfits event is a testament to that. Do let us know in the comments section your thoughts on the matchup between Tommy Fury and KSI.
