These days memes are one of the tools most used by people to troll or mock another. Anyone can be the victim of a meme. It does not matter if you are famous, or if you are the one of the best fighters in the world- trolling will get to you one time or another. Recently, UFC fighter Tony Ferguson has gone on the meme bandwagon and used it to troll former Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Recent rumors have surfaced about Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov being coaches on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF). Both fighters have already voiced their eagerness to be coaches on the show. Even UFC President Dana White seems to be on board with the idea, although we are still awaiting official announcements.
But the thoughts of an impending announcement don’t seem to perturb Ferguson, as “El Cucuy” has seemingly started the battle with undisputed Khabib by posting memes on Instagram that are mocking the Russian.

Ferguson and Khabib were scheduled to fight three times, but that duel never materialized. Till date, it remains one of the most highly anticipated fights that did not take place. In one of the press conferences leading up to the fight, Ferguson insisted that Khabib eats tiramisu on Tuesday, and this is gonna be one of the reasons that behind Khabib failing to make weight.
While that presser was a long time ago, Ferguson seems to have brought the banter back to life with his sarcastic post on Twitter. Ferguson also wrote “29-1”, which might be claim that he might have been the one to beat Khabib.
Khabib is not known for his bantering on social media platforms, but in case they two do face each other as TUF coaches, the recent post will for sure add fuel to the fire.
