The soccer megastar, Cristiano Ronaldo, 37, is now going through a difficult time due to problems in his personal and professional lives, but rumours in the media say that his time at Old Trafford is almost up.
Although the newly hired United manager, Eric Ten Hag, feels upbeat about CR7’s outlook, the Cristiano Ronaldo transfer issue is still evolving as agent Jorge Mendes continues to look at alternative possibilities with a view to making the Portuguese skipper available for next season’s UCL.
What happened inside FC Bayern Munich regarding Cristiano Ronaldo transfer?
Popular soccer agent Jorge Mendes is actively looking out for a new club for the Portuguese superstar, but as of today, he is yet to find a proper destination where the superstar’s desire could be fulfilled.
After a few previous failed efforts by Mendes, the media is speculating that a Cristiano Ronaldo transfer might not happen in the ongoing summer window because time is running out rapidly.
The news that Cristiano was rejected by FC Bayern Munich after Jorge Mendes made an offer to sign him a few days earlier shocked the supporters since they knew how much Ronaldo wanted to leave Old Trafford.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Bayern’s Sporting Director Oliver Kahn gave an interview where he said, “We discussed about Cristiano Ronaldo internally – I consider him one of greatest footballers ever.”

However, Kahn made it clear that Bayern could not sign a player like Ronaldo by saying, “Then we came to conclusion that, despite appreciation for Cristiano, he would not fit into our philosophy in the current situation”.
Jorge Mendes made the offer to Bayern because he knew the club was struggling to find a suitable replacement for former striker Robert Lewandowski, who recently joined FC Barcelona, but Oliver Kahn’s recent statement proves that Bayern Munich will surely not accept any offer for CR7 this season.
