WWE has announced a new partnership with Netflix to stream its content in India. CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque shared that starting April 1, 2025, fans in India will be able to watch all the major WWE shows on Netflix.
The announcement comes at the perfect time to build excitement for the Road to WrestleMania. What’s even better is that it’s set for April 1, the first night of WrestleMania 41.
Indian fans can now enjoy every show without the need for a VPN or any extra hassle and watch the action live on the grandest stage.
To get every fan in India excited, WWE recently released a trailer on Netflix India’s YouTube Channel. In the video, Triple H said, “Starting on April 1st, WWE has a brand new home in India, this means RAW, SmackDown, NXT every Premium Live Event from the Royal Rumble to SummerSlam and all of it leads to the grandest stage of all, WrestleMania.”
He added, “So, India, I’ll ask you one more time, are you ready? because this is the beginning of the Netflix era.”
Before this new deal, Sony Sports Network was the official broadcaster for WWE shows in India for many years. Now, WWE’s big shows like Raw, SmackDown, NXT, and Premium Live Events such as SummerSlam, Money in the Bank, Royal Rumble, and WrestleMania will be available on Netflix.
Indian WWE fans react to WWE Netflix news
Fans are excited and sharing their happiness on social media about the new partnership. They are thrilled that WWE content will be available on Netflix, allowing them to watch their favorite shows anytime.
The addition of Hindi commentary is also getting a lot of praise, as it makes the content easier for more people to enjoy. Plus, fans are especially happy because they no longer have to sit through Sony’s commercials during the best WWE moments.

2 full length commercials of 30 seconds each at every 10 minutes was fckn irritating even on recorded shows for premium users.
They can now run commercials 24×7.
Fck off.
Oh hell yeah! No more stupid Sony Commercials
