Tua Tagovailoa Says Dolphins Have ‘Come a Long Way’ After Rams Win

In tonight’s Dolphins vs Rams match, the Miami Dolphins defense stepped up in a big way to secure a much-needed win at SoFi Stadium. With key players like Calais Campbell back, the defense showed its true potential.

Even though the first half wasn’t great, the Dolphins fought hard and came out on top. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa shared how crucial this win was for the team.

After their 23-15 win over the LA Rams on Monday night, fans praised quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. This was his third game back since his concussion in Week 2 against the Bills.

The victory brought an improvement to Miami’s record to 3-6, while the loss dropped the Rams’ record to 4-5. Interestingly, with this win, they have ended a three-game losing run.

In the post-game press conference, Tua shared his thoughts on the victory. He said, “I think it’s a testament to the character of this team. We’ve come a long way through however many losses in a row. The resilience of this team with the external noise—everyone counting us out, you know.”

He continued, “Hopefully, this is an opportunity for us to not waste. Hopefully, we can go on. a run with this win and find our rhythm towards the back end of the season.”

Dolphins’ win vs Rams is it too late to count?

Miami snapped their three-game losing streak, improving to 3-6 and keeping slim playoff hopes alive. They are now 1 1/2 games behind Denver for the final AFC spot.

Tua Tagovailoa had 207 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. The defense played great, making two turnovers and sacking Matthew Stafford four times. Calais Campbell stood out with a sack and two pass deflections.

It was a strong road win for Miami. With some changes, they have the talent to do well this season. But with six losses, they need almost perfect games to make the playoffs.
